Create a project box you can actually use

Pick one small box and give it a clear purpose, such as paper collage or drawing. Include only the supplies needed for that activity. Keep tools that require supervision separately if that suits your household.

Add a simple inventory card with words or pictures. After a session, use it to return reusable items and identify anything that has run out. Avoid packing the box so tightly that putting things away becomes a puzzle.

Review it after several uses. Remove materials that never get used and keep the useful ones easy to reach. A project box is a convenience, not a collection that needs to keep growing.
